Victoria Senkpiel holds an international background. She is born in Lund, Sweden to Swedish and German parents, but raised in Canada and Norway and has lived abroad her whole life until moving to Stockholm in 2009. She holds a double Master's Degree in Marketing and Media Management from Stockholm School of Economics and the CEMS Masters in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Victoria describes herself as the classical ballet dancer, turned investment banker, turned marketer turned beauty tech entrepreneur and shoe designer. She has previously worked within Credit Sales at JPMorgan Chase in London (2007-2009) as well as a Product Manager at L’Oréal Sweden, prior to joining the co-founding team for GLOSSYBOX in the Nordics. Victoria has vast experience in the entrepreneurial journey from launch to growth to stability to acquisition and integration. She held the role of Managing Director for the beauty subscription service GLOSSYBOX in the Nordics between 2015-2017, until its exit in August 2017.
Victoria embarked on her 'beauty & health' tech venture - Rebelbirdz, which she launched in February 2019. During this time, she was listed as Top 10 FemTech founders to watch by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) and also as a promising entrepreneur for Silicon Valley by Vinnova (Sweden's Innovation Agency).

Her interests include Lagree Fitness, drawing shoes, travel, attending art exhibitions, practicing the 'perfect eye brows', and long walks with her Cavalier King Charles, named Bruno Mars Lucifer Mufasa. Victoria has an extensive passion for wild animals, most specifically leopards, cheetahs and wild dogs, and dreams of starting her own Wild Animal Sanctuary in Namibia, one day.
