DELIVERY
VICTORIA SENKPIEL offers free delivery upon placing an order on victoriasenkpiel.com.
DHL is used for local and international delivery. Delivery is normally between 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment so you can follow your order.
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once the parcel has been dispatched. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the address stated in the order is the correct one.
Where a DHL Service Point delivery is selected and the package has not been collected within 14 days, VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return administration and shipping costs.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If we cannot deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you and it is returned to us, VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right to deduct a fee to cover our shipping costs, as well as any other fees that has been added on, such as import tax and duty, from your refund.
Once VICTORIA SENKPIEL has delivered the parcel to the carrier, you will assume responsibility for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. VICTORIA SENKPIEL is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or authorities.
RETURNS
Important information
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered to you
- All shoes must be tried on a clean and carpeted surface in order to keep the blue sole of the shoes intact in case you would like to exchange or return them
- Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box and along with the branded protective shoe bag as this is considered to be a part of the product
- VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right not to compensate for returned items that are not in their original intact form
- VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right not to compensate for returned packages lost under shipping
When you place an order with us on victoriasenkpiel.com, you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.
Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. The VICTORIA SENKPIEL branded boxes and protective shoe bag are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that the item(s) return(s) to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Please email info@victoriasenkpiel.com prior to returning your item(s) so we best can advise on your return delivery.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
