- By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by VICTORIA SENKPIEL’s terms and conditions.
- By placing an order with us on victoriasenkpiel.com, you are at least 18 years old or have your parents’ permission to buy from us.
- All personal information you provide us with on victoriasenkpiel.com is handled with strict confidence and professionalism.
- Events outside VICTORIA SENKPIEL’s control shall be considered force majeure.
- The price applicable is the price set at the date on which you place your order.
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
- VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
Upon placing an order on victoriasenkpiel.com you can make a payment by VISA or Mastercard. For domestic payment VICTORIA SENKPIEL may also accept bankgiro, however please kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on this.
VICTORIA SENKPIEL offers free delivery upon placing an order on victoriasenkpiel.com.
DHL Service Point is used for delivery within Sweden. Delivery is normally between 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday. You will receive a text message or email when the package is ready to be picked up at your local service point. Kindly state your mobile number when placing the order.
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once the parcel has been dispatched. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the address stated in the order is the correct one.
For packages that are not collected at your Service point location within 14 days, VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 250 SEK to cover return administration and shipping costs.
International orders are shipped door to door with Fedex International Economy from our warehouse. Delivery is normally between 2-5working days, Monday to Friday. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment so you can follow your order.
We are unable to redirect orders once the parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by customs clearance at destination.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If we cannot deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you and it is returned to us, VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right to deduct a fee to cover our shipping costs, as well as any other fees that has been added on, such as import tax and duty, from your refund.
Once VICTORIA SENKPIEL has delivered the parcel to the carrier, you will assume responsibility for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. VICTORIA SENKPIEL is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or authorities.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered to you
- All shoes must be tried on a clean and carpeted surface in order to keep the blue sole of the shoes intact in case you would like to exchange or return them
- Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box and along with the branded protective shoe bag as this is considered to be a part of the product
- VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right not to compensate for returned items that are not in their original intact form
- VICTORIA SENKPIEL reserves the right not to compensate for returned packages lost under shipping
When you place an order with us on victoriasenkpiel.com, you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.
Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. The VICTORIA SENKPIEL branded boxes and protective shoe bag are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that the item(s) return(s) to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Please email email@example.com prior to returning your item(s) so we best can advise on your return delivery.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
