Refund policy

When you place an order with us on victoriasenkpiel.com, you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. The VICTORIA SENKPIEL branded boxes and protective shoe bag are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that the item(s) return(s) to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.Please email info@victoriasenkpiel.com prior to returning your item(s) so we best can advise on your return delivery.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
